For Partners

You bring the relationship. We solve the capital.

A capital resource for professionals whose clients need a thoughtful financing path. Duke helps evaluate, structure and coordinate the request while respecting the relationship behind it.

Who Duke Works With

A capital resource behind your client relationship.

We welcome scenarios from professionals who serve real estate investors and operating businesses. These are examples of referral audiences, not claims of formal partnerships.

  • Commercial real estate brokers
  • Residential agents working with investors
  • Investment-property and business brokers
  • CPAs and attorneys
  • Financial advisors and bankers
  • Insurance professionals and property managers
  • Developers and contractors
  • Consultants and associations

What to Discuss

Start with the financing question.

Duke reviews scenarios across four core areas. A referral begins a conversation; it does not establish that a transaction is financeable.

  1. 01

    Single-Family Investment

Fix & Flip, DSCR rental, bridge or stabilized investment-property, and ground-up scenarios.

    ↗
  2. 02

    Multifamily

Acquisition, refinance, bridge, value-add, construction or permanent-capital questions.

    ↗
  3. 03

    Commercial Real Estate

Investment and owner-user properties, including acquisition, refinance and transitional projects.

    ↗
  4. 04

    SBA

Eligible 7(a) or 504 scenarios involving a business acquisition, owner-occupied property, expansion or fixed assets.

After a Referral

A clear path from scenario to next step.

Duke’s role is to help organize the capital conversation and coordinate with appropriate financing sources. The path depends on the facts of the deal.

  1. 01

    Discuss the scenario

Start with the financing category, use of proceeds and desired outcome. A full lender package is not needed for an initial conversation.

  2. 02

    Duke reviews the need

We examine the asset or operating business, proposed structure and information needed to evaluate a capital path.

  3. 03

    Agree on next steps

Duke discusses the likely financing channels and what further details or documents may be needed. No outcome is assumed.

  4. 04

    Coordinate the process

As appropriate, Duke works with the borrower, partner and suitable lenders or capital sources to move the request forward.

Communication

Agree on how to stay connected.

At the outset, Duke aims to discuss who should be part of the financing conversation and which updates will help the referring professional serve their client. Borrower preferences, confidentiality and the transaction’s needs shape that plan. We do not promise a fixed response or closing timeline.

Relationship Protection

The originating relationship matters.

You know the client and the context. Duke coordinates the financing work with that relationship in mind, seeks to keep you informed where appropriate and focuses on solving the capital need. We discuss roles and communication expectations instead of assuming every referral should follow the same handoff.

Partner Resources

Useful guidance for the first conversation.

The public resources here help frame a financing scenario. Detailed lender rules and internal sourcing intelligence are not public partner tools.

Borrower Relationship

Keep the roles clear.

Some financing questions require Duke to speak with the borrower and request additional information through an approved process. We aim to coordinate that work with the referring professional where appropriate and respect the borrower’s choices and privacy. Duke’s role is capital advisory and brokerage, not a replacement for the professional who introduced the opportunity.

Scenario Desk

Start with a conversation.

Call Duke to discuss the financing category, use of proceeds and intended outcome, or open a message from the Contact page in your own email application. No scenario is transmitted by this website.

Do not put client financial details, identifiers, documents or confidential notes in a URL. An advisor can explain the appropriate document process.

Common Questions

Before making an introduction.

Do I need a complete lender package before contacting Duke?

No. Start with the financing category, property or business, capital need, transaction stage and intended outcome. An advisor can identify which additional information is useful.

Will Duke work directly with my client?

Direct borrower conversations may be needed to evaluate and coordinate financing. Duke aims to agree on the communication approach with the referring professional and respect the relationship that brought the scenario to us.

Will I be kept informed?

Duke aims to agree on relevant updates early in the process and share them where appropriate, subject to the borrower’s wishes and confidentiality needs. The communication plan depends on the transaction.

Does discussing a scenario mean financing is available?

No. An initial discussion is not a commitment, approval or eligibility determination. Actual financing depends on the borrower, asset or business, current capital-source requirements and underwriting.

Can I send confidential documents through the website?

No. The website does not accept inquiries or documents. An advisor can explain the approved document process later.
